1. Install a performance CDI. A CDI (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) unit controls the timing of the spark plug in your engine. A performance CDI can advance the timing, which can result in a slight power increase.
2. Install a bigger carburetor. A larger carburetor will allow more air and fuel into your engine, which can also lead to a power increase.
3. Install a performance exhaust system. A performance exhaust system can help your engine breathe better, which can also result in a power increase.
4. Increase your tire size. Taller, narrower, tires will reduce acceleration but will increase your top speed while using less fuel.
5. Reduce the weight of your scooter. Removing any unnecessary weight from your scooter can help it accelerate faster. This can be done by removing the stock airbox, battery, and rear-view mirrors.
6. Re-jet the carburetor. Re-jetting your scooter's carburetor is necessary if you install any of the above performance modifications. This will help ensure that your scooter is getting the proper air/fuel mixture.
Please note that some of these modifications may void your scooter's warranty. Check with your dealer before making any changes to your scooter.
