* Small electric motor (~12V)
* PVC pipe (2-inch diameter, about 6 inches long)
* End caps for PVC pipe
* Sheet metal (for the impeller blades)
* Small bolts and nuts
* Wire
* Battery
Instructions:
1. Cut the PVC pipe to the desired length (about 6 inches).
2. Glue the end caps onto the pipe.
3. Cut the sheet metal into four equal-sized blades.
4. Drill holes in the blades for the bolts.
5. Bolt the blades to the shaft of the electric motor.
6. Wire the motor to the battery.
7. Attach the supercharger to the mini bike.
How it works:
The electric motor drives the impeller blades, which create a flow of air. This air is then compressed by the housing of the supercharger, and forced into the engine of the mini bike. The increased air pressure allows the engine to burn more fuel, and thus produce more power.
Tips:
* Make sure the impeller blades are properly balanced, to avoid vibrations.
* Use a high-quality electric motor, so that it can withstand the stresses of continuous operation.
* Connect the battery to the motor through a switch, so that you can turn the supercharger on and off.
* Be careful not to over-boost the engine, as this can cause damage.
