1. Remove the oil filter using an oil filter wrench.
2. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
3. Screw the new oil filter into place by hand until it is snug, then tighten it an additional 1/2 turn.
Oil Drain Plug
1. Place an oil pan under the oil drain plug.
2. Remove the oil drain plug using a 17mm wrench.
3. Allow the oil to drain completely.
4. Replace the oil drain plug and tighten it to 29 ft-lbs.
Oil Filler Cap
1. Remove the oil filler cap.
2. Add new oil to the engine until the oil level reaches the "Full" mark on the dipstick.
3. Replace the oil filler cap.
