Where does the oil go in a 325i BMW?

To add oil to a BMW 325i, follow these steps:

- Gather the necessary materials, including:

- New oil (check your owner's manual for the correct type and amount of oil)

- A funnel

- An oil filter wrench (if you are also changing the oil filter)

1. Open the hood of your car.

2. Locate the oil fill cap. It is usually marked with a symbol resembling an oil can.

3. Remove the oil fill cap.

4. Insert the funnel into the oil fill hole.

5. Slowly add the new oil, checking the oil level dipstick as you go. The oil level should be between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.

6. Replace the oil fill cap.

7. If you are also changing the oil filter, follow these additional steps:

- Locate the oil filter housing. It is usually near the bottom of the engine, on the passenger side.

- Use the oil filter wrench to loosen the oil filter.

- Remove the oil filter and discard it.

- Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.

- Screw the new oil filter onto the oil filter housing.

- Tighten the oil filter until it is snug.

- Start your car and let it run for a few minutes.

- Check the oil level again and make sure it is between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.
