Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1999 Tahoe?

The turn signal flasher on a 1999 Tahoe is located behind the glove box. To access it, you will need to remove the glove box. To do this, open the glove box and press on the sides until it releases. Once the glove box is removed, you will see the turn signal flasher located on the right side of the glove box opening.
