To access the heater core, you will need to remove:
- The lower dashboard under the steering wheel
- The center and driver's side dash vents.
Once you have removed these components, you will be able to expose the climate control housing.
- You can then remove the climate control housing by unbolting it with a socket set and removing any electrical connections. Removing the housing may also include removing the glove compartment.
- After the housing is removed, the heater core will be exposed, and you will be able to remove it and replace it with a new one.
