1. Put on appropriate PPE.
2. Open the hood.
3. Locate the battery (left side of engine bay).
4. Follow the battery cable down and to the starter.
5. The starter is underneath the air filter housing.

- Disconnect battery before working on starter.
- The location of the starter may vary depending on the model and year of the vehicle.
- If you're unable to locate the starter, consult a repair manual or seek assistance from a qualified mechanic.
