Here are the locations of the vehicle speed sensors for several Ford E350 models:

Models: E350 Super Duty:

Speed Sensor Front

Location: Located at rear axle assembly. Behind drive pinion flange. Requires removal of rear end cover

Models: Econoline 150/150/250/350/E-150/250

VSS or Crank Position Sensor Location: Speed-mounted inside distributor

Note: It’s very possible the VSS and crank position sensor are housed together.
