1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pump.
2. Connect a 12-volt power source to the fuel pump terminals.
3. If the fuel pump does not run, it is defective and must be replaced.
Fuel Pump Relay Test
1. Locate the fuel pump relay. It is located in the engine compartment fuse box.
2. Remove the fuel pump relay from the fuse box.
3. Connect a 12-volt power source to the relay terminals.
4. If the relay does not click, it is defective and must be replaced.
