1. Locate the fuel filter. It is usually located on the passenger side of the engine bay, near the firewall.
2. Loosen the bleed screw on the fuel filter. This is usually a small, plastic screw located on the top of the filter.
3. Pump the hand primer until fuel starts to come out of the bleed screw. The hand primer is usually located near the fuel filter.
4. Tighten the bleed screw.
5. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. This will allow the air to work its way out of the fuel system.
6. If the engine stalls, repeat steps 2-5.
Here are some additional tips for bleeding the fuel system on a Vauxhall Vectra 2003 diesel:
* Make sure that the fuel tank is full.
* Use a diesel-specific fuel system cleaner.
* If you cannot get the engine to start, try using a spray of starting fluid.
