Cylinder Head Gasket:
- Tightening sequence: 1-10-4-8-2-9-3-7-5-6
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm (14.75 lb-ft)
- Final tightening angle: 90 degrees
Valve Clearance:
- Intake valves: 0.15 mm (0.0059 in)
- Exhaust valves: 0.25 mm (0.0098 in)
Camshaft Timing:
- Timing marks: camshaft sprocket and oil pump sprocket
- Alignment: at TDC, the marks on the camshaft sprocket and the oil pump sprocket should be aligned
