2. Remove the spare tire and the tool kit from the trunk.
3. Locate the fuel pump access panel. It is located on the right side of the trunk, behind the carpet.
4. Remove the access panel. You may need to use a screwdriver or pry bar to do this.
5. Locate the fuel pump. It is a black cylindrical object located on the bottom of the fuel tank.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pump.
7. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel pump.
8. Remove the fuel pump by unscrewing the mounting bolts.
9. Install the new fuel pump by reversing the removal procedure.
