1. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to warm up the transmission fluid.
2. Turn off the engine and pull out the transmission fluid dipstick.
3. Wipe the dipstick clean with a rag and reinsert it into the transmission fluid dipstick tube.
4. Pull the dipstick out again and check the fluid level.
- the fluid level should be between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.
5. Add transmission fluid if necessary.
- Remove the dipstick and use a funnel to add transmission fluid until the fluid level is between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.
