Oliver Corporation was an American manufacturer of tractors, farm equipment, and industrial equipment. The company was founded in 1857 as the Ontario Plow Company in South Bend, Indiana. Oliver merged with the Hart-Parr Company in 1929 to form the Oliver Farm Equipment Company. In 1953, the company acquired the Cockshutt Farm Equipment Company of Canada and changed its name to the Oliver Corporation.

The Oliver Corporation manufactured a variety of tractors, including the Model 77, which was introduced in 1939 and was one of the first successful row-crop tractors. Other popular Oliver tractors included the Model 88, which was introduced in 1948, and the Model 1855, which was introduced in 1963 and was the last Oliver tractor to be produced.

The Oliver Corporation was sold to the White Motor Company in 1960. White continued to manufacture Oliver tractors until 1974 when it sold the Oliver tractor division to the Hesston Corporation. Hesston continued to manufacture Oliver tractors until 1985 when it sold the Oliver tractor division to the Fiat-Allis Corporation.

Fiat-Allis manufactured Oliver tractors until 1993 when it sold the Oliver tractor division to the Mahindra Group of India. Mahindra continues to manufacture Oliver tractors under the Mahindra brand name.
