2. Identify the Adjustment Screw:

3. Adjust the Low Idle Speed:
- Start the engine and let it run until it reaches its operating temperature.
- Use a tachometer to measure the engine's low idle speed. It should be around 650 RPM for most Cummins engines.
- If the low idle speed is too high or too low, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase it or counterclockwise to decrease it.
4. Adjust the High Idle Speed:
- Rev the engine to its high idle speed. For Cummins engines, this is usually around 1200 RPM.
- While maintaining the high idle speed, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase it or counterclockwise to decrease it.
5. Test the Changes:
