2. Bad fuel pump wiring. The wiring to the fuel pump could be damaged or disconnected, preventing power from reaching the pump.
3. Bad ground connection. The fuel pump needs a good ground connection to complete the circuit and allow power to flow to the pump. If the ground connection is loose or corroded, the pump will not run.
4. Bad fuel pump driver module. The fuel pump driver module (FPDM) is a electronic control module that controls the operation of the fuel pump. If the FPDM is faulty, it will not send the correct signals to the pump and the pump will not run.
5. Bad fuel pump. If the fuel pump itself is faulty, it will not run even if all of the other components are functioning properly.
