2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
3. Open the hood or access panel.
4. Locate the oil fill plug. It is typically located on the top of the engine or near the oil filter.
5. Remove the oil fill plug.
6. Insert a funnel into the oil fill hole.
7. Add oil until the level reaches the "full" mark on the dipstick.
8. Replace the oil fill plug.
9. Close the hood or access panel.
10. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil.
11. Check the oil level again and add more oil if necessary.
