1. Locate the hood release lever. The lever is located on the driver's side floorboard, near the kick panel.
2. Pull the hood release lever. This will release the hood latch.
3. Locate the hood latch. The hood latch is located on the front of the car, in the center of the grille.
4. Pull the hood latch. This will release the hood and open the engine compartment.
Tips:
* If the hood latch is difficult to pull, you can use a flat-head screwdriver or other thin object to pry it open.
* Be sure to close the hood properly before driving the car.
