How do you find the number 1 cylinder on a 350?

1. Locate the distributor cap. The distributor cap is a round, black plastic part located at the front of the engine.

2. Remove the distributor cap. To remove the distributor cap, simply pull it straight up.

3. Locate the rotor button. The rotor button is a small, plastic part located inside the distributor cap.

4. The number 1 cylinder is located directly under the rotor button.
