Close all doors and trunk, then insert the ignition key into the ignition and turn the ignition from "Off" to the "On" position 5 times until the horn honks twice each time.
Now remove the ignition key from the ignition.
Hold down the Lock and Unlock buttons together on the remote until the horn chirps twice.
Now reinsert the key in the ignition and turn the ignition from "Off" to "On" position 5 times until the horn honks twice each time.
Remove the key from the ignition, and the new keyless remote should now be programmed.
To test if the remote is programmed successfully, press the Lock button and then the Unlock button. If you hear a chirp, that means the remote is successfully programmed.
