Intake (I) Valve Clearance :0.003-0.008 in (0.074 - 0.203 mm)

Exhaust (E)Valve Clearance:0.008-0.013 in (0.203 - 0.330 mm)

Can anybody tell why when i start car up it is coldi can hear a grinding noise in or around the gear box but goes away warm you put clutch thanks? Why would a Honda run very roughly under minimal load after reaching operating temperature?
