Will the transmission from 85 S10 2.8L motor bolt up to 95 4.3L motor?

No, the transmission from an 85 S10 2.8L motor will not bolt up to a 95 4.3L motor. The bell housing patterns for the two motors are different. The 85 2.8L was a 60 degree V6 while the 4.3L was a 90 degree V6. The bell housings have to match the blocks on the two motors, so the 85 transmission will not bolt up to the 95 engine.
