Park the vehicle on level ground and allow it to cool down
Raise the vehicle using a jack or ramps
Locate the transmission fluid drain plug and remove it
Allow the old fluid to drain into a pan
Replace the drain plug
Locate the transmission fluid filler plug and remove it
Add the correct amount of new fluid using a funnel
Replace the filler plug
Lower the vehicle
Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes
Shift through the gears to circulate the new fluid
