1. Disconnect the battery. This is important to prevent any electrical accidents from happening while you are working on the supercharger.
2. Remove the air intake hose. This is the large hose that connects the air filter to the supercharger. To remove it, simply loosen the hose clamp and pull the hose off.
3. Drain the supercharger oil. This is done by removing the oil drain plug on the bottom of the supercharger. Allow all of the oil to drain out into a pan.
4. Disconnect the water lines. There are two water lines that connect the supercharger to the engine. To disconnect them, simply use a wrench to loosen the hose clamps and pull the hoses off.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors. There are several electrical connectors that connect the supercharger to the engine. To disconnect them, simply use a flat-head screwdriver to release the locking tabs and then pull the connectors off.
6. Remove the supercharger mounting bolts. There are four supercharger mounting bolts that hold the supercharger to the engine. To remove them, simply use a wrench to loosen the bolts and then remove them.
7. Carefully remove the supercharger from the engine. Once the supercharger mounting bolts are removed, you can carefully lift the supercharger off of the engine. Be careful not to drop the supercharger, as it is a heavy piece of equipment.
8. Inspect the supercharger for damage. Once the supercharger is removed, inspect it for any damage. If you find any damage, you will need to replace the supercharger before reinstalling it.
9. Reinstall the supercharger. If the supercharger is not damaged, you can reinstall it by following the steps in reverse order.
10. Reconnect the battery. Once the supercharger is reinstalled, you can reconnect the battery.
