2. Remove the steering wheel cover.
3. Remove the lock cylinder retainer screw.
4. Insert the ignition key into the lock cylinder and turn it to the ON position.
5. Use a small screwdriver to push in the spring-loaded release button while pulling the ignition key cylinder out of the dash assembly.
