To relieve the fuel pressure on a Chevy S-10, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down completely.

2. Open the hood of your vehicle.

3. Locate the fuel pressure regulator, which is usually located on the fuel rail.

4. There will be a small Schrader valve on the fuel pressure regulator.

5. Press the Schrader valve down with a small screwdriver or other suitable tool to release the fuel pressure.

6. Hold the Schrader valve down until all the fuel pressure has been released.

7. Once the fuel pressure has been released, the Schrader valve will pop back up.

8. Close the hood of your vehicle.
