Can a Mazda Miata 1.6 manifold fit on 2000 Protege 1.6?

The answer is no. The Mazda Miata 1.6 manifold will not fit on a 2000 Protege 1.6. The Miata 1.6 manifold has a different bolt pattern than the Protege 1.6. Additionally, the Miata 1.6 manifold has a different port shape than the Protege 1.6, so even if the bolt patterns were the same, the ports would not line up correctly.
