No. The Toyota 1JZ engine is not a direct bolt-on replacement for the 7M engine. The 1JZ engine uses a different bellhousing pattern than the 7M engine, and the 1JZ engine also has a different transmission input shaft size than the 7M engine.
In order to install a 1JZ engine into a 7M chassis, you will need to use an adapter plate to mate the 1JZ engine to the 7M transmission, or you can use a transmission from the same family as the 1JZ engine(W58 or R series)
