1. Open the driver's side door and locate the fuse box cover on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Remove the fuse box cover by gently prying it off with your fingers or a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Locate the fuse for the windshield wipers. The fuse is labeled "WIPERS."
4. Remove the fuse by gently pulling it out of the fuse box with your fingers or a fuse puller.
5. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. A blown fuse will have a broken filament.
6. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage. The correct amperage for the windshield wiper fuse in a 1992 Honda Accord is 15 amps.
7. Reinstall the fuse box cover and close the driver's side door.
8. Test the windshield wipers to make sure they are working properly.
