Instructions:
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the glove compartment.
3. Remove the plastic cover on the passenger's side of the center console.
4. Remove the bolts holding the blower motor in place.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
6. Remove the blower motor from the vehicle.
7. Inspect the blower motor for damage. If the motor is damaged, you will need to replace it.
8. If you are replacing the motor, reverse the steps above to install the new motor.
9. Test the blower motor to ensure it is working properly.
Additional Notes:
- When removing the glove compartment, be careful not to damage the electrical connector for the glove box light.
- When removing the plastic cover on the passenger's side of the center console, be careful not to damage the trim pieces.
- When removing the bolts holding the blower motor in place, be careful not to drop them into the HVAC duct.
- When disconnecting the electrical connector from the blower motor, be careful not to break the connector.
- When removing the blower motor from the vehicle, be careful not to damage the HVAC duct.
- When inspecting the blower motor for damage, look for any signs of wear or tear, such as cracks, breaks, or rust.
- If the motor is damaged, you can purchase a replacement at a local auto parts store.
- When installing the new blower motor, reverse the steps above in reverse order.
- Test the blower motor to ensure it is working properly before reinstalling the glove compartment and center console covers.
