Here are the steps:
1. Open the hood of your Tacoma and locate the park lamp housing on the front of the headlight assembly.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the cover of the park lamp housing.
3. Remove the old bulb from the housing by gently twisting it counterclockwise until it comes loose.
4. Insert the new bulb into the housing and twist it clockwise until it is secure.
5. Replace the cover of the park lamp housing and close the hood.
