Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the air intake system.
3. Remove the exhaust manifold.
4. Remove the turbocharger oil drain line and oil feed line.
5. Remove the turbocharger mounting bracket bolts and loosen the turbocharger.
6. Separate the turbocharger from the exhaust manifold and remove the turbocharger from the vehicle.
7. Install new turbocharger in reverse order of removal.
8. Torque all bolts to the specified specifications.
9. Reinstall the negative battery terminal.

* Make sure that the new turbocharger is the correct size for your engine.
* Use a turbocharger rebuild kit that is specific for your turbocharger model.
* Be careful not to damage the turbocharger oil drain line and oil feed line when you are removing them.
* Tighten all bolts to the specified specifications.
* Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes before driving. This will allow the turbocharger to warm up and properly lubricate itself.
