How do you check gearbox oil on Mercedes Vito?

To check the gearbox oil on a Mercedes Vito, following the steps below:

1. Park your vehicle on level ground and turn off the engine.

2. Allow the engine to cool down for a few minutes.

3. Locate the gearbox oil dipstick. On the Mercedes Vito, the dipstick is located on the passenger side of the engine bay, near the back of the engine.

4. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean with a rag.

5. Reinsert the dipstick into the gearbox until it is fully seated.

6. Pull out the dipstick again and check the oil level. The oil level should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the dipstick.

7. If the oil level is below the "MIN" mark, you will need to add gearbox oil. To do this, use a funnel to pour the oil into the gearbox filler hole. The filler hole is located on the top of the gearbox, near the front of the vehicle.

8. Check the oil level again after you have added oil.

9. Once the oil level is correct, replace the dipstick.
