Where is the fuse box on a 1983 Riviera?

The fuse box on a 1983 Riviera is located under the instrument panel, on the driver's side. To access the fuse box, you must first remove the lower trim panel below the steering column. Once the trim panel is removed, the fuse box will be visible.
