Here are the steps to locate the fuel filter in a 2002 Lincoln Navigator:

1. Open the hood of your vehicle.

2. Locate the fuel filter housing. The fuel filter housing is located on the passenger side of the vehicle, near the firewall. It is a black cylindrical object with two fuel lines connected to it.

3. Remove the fuel filter housing cover. The fuel filter housing cover is held in place by a few screws. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws and then lift off the cover.

4. Remove the old fuel filter. The old fuel filter is located inside the fuel filter housing. It is a cylindrical object with a white or black end cap. To remove the old filter, simply pull it out of the housing.

5. Install the new fuel filter. To install the new fuel filter, simply insert it into the fuel filter housing. Make sure that the white or black end cap is facing up.

6. Replace the fuel filter housing cover. Replace the fuel filter housing cover and secure it with the screws that you removed earlier.

7. Close the hood of your vehicle.
