1. Remove the steering wheel. To do this, remove the two Phillips head screws that hold the steering wheel center cap in place. Then, remove the center cap. Remove the 17mm nut that holds the steering wheel in place. Finally, use a steering wheel puller to remove the steering wheel.
2. Remove the ignition lock bezel. To do this, insert the flat head screwdriver into the slot on the bottom of the bezel. Gently pry the bezel up and off of the steering column.
3. Remove the ignition lock cylinder. To do this, insert the key into the ignition lock cylinder and turn it to the "ON" position. Then, insert the flat head screwdriver into the slot on the side of the ignition lock cylinder. Push in on the screwdriver while turning the key to the "LOCK" position. This will release the ignition lock cylinder from the steering column. Pull the ignition lock cylinder out of the steering column.
4. Reinstall the ignition lock cylinder. To do this, insert the new ignition lock cylinder into the steering column. Push in on the cylinder while turning the key to the "ON" position. This will lock the ignition lock cylinder into place.
5. Reinstall the ignition lock bezel. To do this, simply snap the bezel back into place.
6. Reinstall the steering wheel. To do this, simply reverse the steps above.
7. Test the ignition lock cylinder. To do this, insert the key into the ignition lock cylinder and turn it to the "ON" position. The engine should start.
