1. Check for air leaks in the fuel system. Any leaks must be repaired before attempting to restart the engine.
2. Fill the fuel tank with clean, fresh diesel fuel.
3. Turn the key to the "ON" position. The fuel pump will begin to run and fill the fuel filter with diesel fuel.
4. Wait for the fuel filter to fill up. This may take a few minutes.
5. Once the fuel filter is full, crank the engine.
6. If the engine does not start, repeat steps 3-5.
7. If the engine still does not start, check for other problems, such as a faulty fuel injector or a clogged fuel line.
