1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
- Allow the engine to cool down if it has been running.
2. Open the hood of your car.
- Locate the hood release lever inside your car and pull it to release the hood.
- Prop the hood up with the support rod.
3. Locate the headlight assembly that needs the bulb replaced.
- The headlight assembly is located behind the clear plastic cover on the front of your car.
4. Remove the plastic cover from the headlight assembly.
- There may be a few screws or clips that need to be removed in order to do this.
5. Locate the headlight bulb.
- The headlight bulb is located inside the headlight assembly and is usually held in place by a metal clip or ring.
6. Remove the old headlight bulb.
- To remove the bulb, simply twist it counterclockwise and pull it out of the socket.
- Be careful not to drop the bulb.
7. Install the new headlight bulb.
- To install the new bulb, simply insert it into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
- Make sure that the bulb is properly seated in the socket.
8. Replace the plastic cover on the headlight assembly.
- Reinstall any screws or clips that you removed in step 4.
9. Close the hood of your car.

- If you are having difficulty removing the old bulb, you can try using a pair of needle-nose pliers or a small screwdriver to help you.
- Be careful not to touch the new bulb with your bare hands, as this can cause the bulb to overheat and burn out prematurely.
