Procedure:
Step 1: Prepare the Vehicle
- Park the Jeep on a level surface and apply the parking brake.

Step 6: Reconnect the Fuel Lines
- Gently reconnect the fuel lines to the new sensor.
- Use the fuel line disconnect tool or pliers to securely reattach the lines.
Step 7: Lower the Vehicle
- Slowly lower the Jeep from the jack stands.
- Remove the jack and jack stands.
Step 8: Test the Fuel Level Sensor
- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
- Observe the fuel gauge on the instrument cluster to ensure it accurately displays the fuel level.
- If the fuel gauge reading is incorrect, you may need to have the fuel level sensor recalibrated by a professional mechanic or dealership.
