2. Open the hood and locate the fuel filter. It is a cylindrical-shaped object with two fuel lines attached to it. It is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the firewall.
3. Place a drain pan under the fuel filter.
4. Use a wrench to loosen the fuel line nuts. Be careful not to spill any fuel.
5. Remove the fuel lines from the fuel filter.
6. Use a wrench to loosen the fuel filter mounting bracket.
7. Remove the fuel filter from the mounting bracket.
8. Install the new fuel filter in the reverse order of removal.
9. Tighten the fuel line nuts and fuel filter mounting bracket.
10. Start the engine and check for leaks.
