2. Locate the shift lever. It is located in the center of the console between the front seats.
3. Pull up on the shift knob. It should pop off easily.
4. If the shift knob does not pop off easily, you may need to use a screwdriver or pry bar to pry it off. Be careful not to damage the shift knob.
5. Once the shift knob is removed, you can access the shift lever.
6. To remove the shift lever, you will need to remove the two bolts that hold it in place.
7. Once the bolts are removed, you can pull the shift lever out of the console.
8. To reinstall the shift lever, simply reverse the steps above.
