- New fuel filter
- Replacement hoses and clamps if required

2. Park the vehicle in a well-ventilated area and turn off the engine.
3. Locate the fuel filter.
- On the 1996 Town and Country, the fuel filter is located under the driver's seat, near the gas tank.
4. Disconnect the fuel lines from the filter.
- Use a wrench or pliers to loosen the clamps holding the fuel lines in place.
- Be careful not to spill any fuel.
5. Remove the filter.
- Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the filter by unscrewing it from its mount.
6. Install the new filter.
- Screw the new filter onto its mount until it is hand-tight.
- Tighten the filter with a wrench or pliers.
7. Reconnect the fuel lines.
- Reattach the fuel lines to the filter and tighten the clamps.
8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
- Start the engine and check around the fuel filter for any leaks.
- If you see any leaks, tighten the clamps until the leak stops.
