To check the power steering fluid level in a Mercedes-Benz ML320, follow these steps:
Park the vehicle on level ground and turn off the engine.
Allow the engine to cool for a few minutes to prevent burns.
Open the hood of your vehicle.
Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is usually a plastic container with a black or gray cap. On the ML320, it is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the firewall.
Remove the cap from the power steering fluid reservoir.
Check the fluid level. It should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the reservoir.
If the fluid level is low, add power steering fluid to the reservoir. Use the type of fluid recommended in the owner's manual.
Replace the cap on the power steering fluid reservoir.
Close the hood of the vehicle.
Note: If the power steering fluid level is consistently low, there may be a leak in the power steering system. Have your vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic if you notice a drop in the power steering fluid level.
