2. Disconnect the speedometer cable from the instrument cluster. There may be a clip or screw that holds it in place.
3. Inspect the speedometer cable. Make sure that it is not kinked or damaged.
4. Lubricate the speedometer cable. You can use a silicone-based lubricant.
5. Reconnect the speedometer cable to the instrument cluster. Make sure that it is securely attached.
6. Test the speedometer. Drive the car and make sure that the speedometer is working properly.
