Here are the steps involved in removing the fuel tank and accessing the fuel pump:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Locate the fuel tank under the rear of the vehicle.
3. Remove the fuel lines and electrical connectors from the fuel tank.
4. Remove the bolts that hold the fuel tank in place.
5. Carefully lower the fuel tank from the vehicle.
6. Once the fuel tank is removed, you will be able to access the fuel pump.
Note: The fuel tank may be full of gas, so be careful when removing it. It is also a good idea to have a fire extinguisher on hand in case of a fire.
