Where is the throttle position sensor on Lexus RX300?

The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) is located on the throttle body on a Lexus RX300:

1. Open the hood of your vehicle.

2. Locate the throttle body. It is usually located on the front of the engine, and it is connected to the air intake by a large hose.

3. On the side of the throttle body, you will see a small sensor with a wire harness attached to it. This is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
