Instructions:
1. Locate the spark plugs. The spark plugs are located on the back of the engine, near the firewall.
2. Remove the spark plug wires. Use a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs. Be careful not to drop the spark plug wires into the engine.
3. Remove the old spark plugs. Use a socket wrench to remove the old spark plugs.
4. Gap the new spark plugs. Use a gapping tool to set the gap between the spark plug electrode and the ground electrode to .045 inches.
5. Install the new spark plugs. Hand-tighten the new spark plugs until they are snug. Then, use a socket wrench to tighten the spark plugs to 18 foot-pounds.
6. Reinstall the spark plug wires. Reinstall the spark plug wires in the same order that you removed them.
7. Start the engine. Start the engine and check for leaks. If you see any leaks, tighten the spark plugs or spark plug wires until the leaks stop.
