Instructions:
1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine. Allow the engine to cool down if it has been running.
2. Locate the fuel filter. The fuel filter is usually located under the hood of your car, near the fuel tank. It is a cylindrical-shaped object with two fuel lines connected to it.
3. Place a rag under the fuel filter to catch any spilled fuel.
4. Use the pliers to loosen the hose clamps on the fuel lines that are connected to the fuel filter.
5. Once the hose clamps are loosened, remove the fuel lines from the fuel filter. Be careful not to spill any fuel.
6. Use the wrench to loosen the mounting bolts that hold the fuel filter in place.
7. Once the mounting bolts are loosened, remove the fuel filter from the vehicle.
8. Compare the old fuel filter with the new fuel filter to make sure that they are the same size and shape.
9. Install the new fuel filter in the reverse order that you removed the old fuel filter.
10. Tighten the mounting bolts and the hose clamps until they are snug.
11. Start the engine and check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, you have successfully changed the fuel filter.
