Does anyone have the timing marks for a 68 lamans with ohc engine in it?

The engine has a compression ration of 10:1. When static timing , use a dwell meter between terminal #1 coil wire connection on distributor cap and distributor body. Dwell must be between 28 and 32 degrees with the engine at idle after being properly tuned. With the engine off, adjust the distributor as needed to align the ignition timing mark on the vibration damper with the 0 mark on the timing scale on the front timing cover.
