1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood and locate the fuel filter. It is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the fuel tank.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel filter. There are two fuel lines, one on each side of the filter. Use a wrench to loosen the bolts that hold the fuel lines in place.
4. Remove the fuel filter from the vehicle. Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the fuel filter by unscrewing it from the fuel line bracket.
5. Install the new fuel filter. Screw the new fuel filter into the fuel line bracket until it is snug.
6. Reconnect the fuel lines. Attach the fuel lines to the new fuel filter and tighten the bolts until they are snug.
7. Close the hood and start the engine. Check for any leaks.
